First Day at Work

Well, here I am in my new office at Foundry for my first day on the job. I’ve already had my first staff meeting, and kind of feel like someone is about to realize there’s a kid at the adult table and ask me to leave. This is my first full-time position, and I’m really excited to find out what pastoring looks like in this capacity. The last few years of reading and studying, trying to build views on what pastoring means are now being put to the test.
